Phyllis Quek

Phyllis Quek is a model-turned-actress in Singapore. She first came into the public eye after entering Star Search 1995, a showbiz entry competition in Singapore. She is best known for her debut movie role opposite Hong Kong megastar Aaron Kwok in the film 2000 A.D.

In 2007, she finally manage to snag a lead role to star with Shaun Chen in drama series, Live Again (天堂鸟), slated for a November release. This is her first drama since Rhapsody In Blue (蓝色仙人掌) in early 2006. She was also casted alongside with Chen Huihui to star in new local horror movie, 七—回魂, which is slated for a 2008 release. It is hoped that these productions could kickstart a new phase in Phyllis’ career.
